Prime Residential Communities - Conventional Multifamily

PPI is accumulating a portfolio of market rate Conventional Class A Garden Style Apartment Complexes in the Suburban Chicago MSA. Our preferred property type within this niche is stabilized properties rich in amenities in the greater Chicago Suburban market. New development opportunities, or land only acquisitions, are not sought.

Properties with high occupancy and a strong operating history will be considered. As our portfolio grows, we continue to seek additional institutional and high net worth individual equity investors to partner with us in the growing Class A Suburban Apartment Complex niche.

PPI is an aggressive market rate buyer, with a proven track record of Class A Suburban Chicago apartment complexes and makes all cash offers (or assumes existing debt) without mortgage contingencies.

Prime Campus Housing - Student Housing

PPI is accumulating a nationwide portfolio of student housing multi-family properties located on major university campuses nationwide. Our preferred property type within this niche is high occupancy buildings of newer construction located in close proximity to the center of campus. Properties submitted for consideration must serve major college campuses with enrollments of 15,000 or more full time students with the potential for future rent growth.
